The project offers a range of modern amenities including 24-hour CCTV security, lift with power backup, solar panels for the common area, car parking, and a dedicated play area for children. Residents also benefit from 24x7 water supply, a modular kitchen setup, POP finishing in the hall and master bedroom, and a balcony area with PVC ceiling.

In terms of specifications, the structure is built using an RCC framed structure ensuring durability and strength. The walls consist of internal 115 mm thick brickwork and external 180 mm thick brickwork. Doors include a laminated flush main door with a wooden frame and veneer finish, laminated flush inner doors with wooden frames, and laminated flush toilet doors with granite frames. Windows are made with powder-coated aluminium frames.

The plumbing system includes internal branded concealed fittings and fixtures. The kitchen is designed as a semi-modular kitchen with a black granite top, dado up to 2 feet height, and a stainless steel sink. For painting, the external walls are coated with waterproof weather shield paint, while the internal walls are finished with putty and OBD. Flooring includes 4x2 digital tiles with an Italian finish for the main areas, while wash areas, toilets, and balconies are fitted with 2x2 anti-skid tiles. Sanitary fittings are provided from reputed brands such as Jaguar or Cera. The location advantage is enhanced by proximity to key facilities such as garden spaces, sports complexes, retail outlets like Zudio and Croma, hospitals, international schools, and entertainment options like AMI Cinema.
